Like RC 1 & 2 before it, Roll Call 3 - Swan Lake, focuses on a specific sound, in this case rock music from 1977-83, exploring the sounds and energy projected by bands such as The Human League, Adam & The Ants, Joy Division, The Sound and Public Image Ltd..
